Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate laboratory activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Direct team members to comply with policies, procedures, and risk management practices.
* Maintain accurate records of team rostering, payroll, and leave.
* Develop and implement coaching, mentoring, and training programs for team members.
* Monitor and maintain the quality and compliance system.
