Community Partnerships Lead
The role of Community Partnerships Lead is a pivotal position in advancing our community impact and strategic direction through trusted stakeholder engagement, strong relationships, and innovative initiatives.
This senior leadership role drives growth, revenue, and long-term impact across community programs and broader priorities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of securing funding opportunities, building trusted relationships with government and corporate stakeholders, and driving business development aligned with our Community & Social Impact Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Partnership Development: Lead the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with government, corporate, philanthropic, and community stakeholders to drive impact and funding for community programs.
* Government Relations: Build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of government to support policy influence, advocacy, and funding opportunities.
* Commercial Partnerships: Identify and secure commercial partnerships, sponsorships, and grants to enable program delivery and Club-wide initiatives.
* Innovation and Business Development: Drive innovation and business development aligned with the Club's Community & Social Impact Strategy and Theory of Change.
Requirements:
* Relevant Tertiary Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification in public policy, communications, business, or community services.
* Senior Leadership Experience: Demonstrated senior leadership experience, including guiding high-performing teams.
* Experience in Similar Role: Significant experience in a similar role.
* Funding and Partnerships: Proven success in securing and managing government funding or commercial partnerships, with deep knowledge of policy and funding landscape.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Extensive stakeholder engagement experience with networks across government, corporate, and community sectors.
