Female Support Worker Needed – Lakelands, Perth

Born to Shine Disability Services is looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team supporting a participant living with MS in Lakelands, Perth.
The support services have already commenced and we are now seeking one additional support worker to come on board to assist with the roster and ensure consistent coverage.
Shift Details:
Monday to Friday
10:00am – 3:00pm shifts
Rotating roster shared between two support workers
Role Responsibilities:
Supporting the participant in their home with daily activities
Assisting with community access and social outings
Encouraging independence and wellbeing
Requirements:
Female support worker
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Reliable, caring and professional attitude
Experience with MS or similar conditions is an advantage
