Are you experienced in
truss manufacturing
and ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for
Production Team Members
with a background in timber or steel frame and truss assembly to join our expanding
Steel & Timber Framing division
.
What You'll Be Doing:
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where you'll be helping to build high-quality
timber and steel house frames and trusses
for leading home builders across Queensland.
Your day-to-day may include:
* Assembling
timber and steel frames, walls, and trusses
* Reading and following detailed plans and work orders
* Using
hand and power tools
to ensure accurate builds
* Assisting with dispatch and prepping orders for delivery
* Contributing to a safe and organised workspace
* Participating in toolbox talks and team training
About You:
We're looking for
reliable, experienced
team players who take pride in their work and understand the importance of safety, quality, and teamwork.
You'll ideally bring:
* Experience building roof or floor trusses
* Proficiency with hand and power tools
* Familiarity with manufacturing or construction environments
* Ability to read and interpret plans or assembly drawings
To be successful, you must:
* Be physically fit and able to work on your feet
* Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test
* Work safely and follow all procedures and instructions
