About the Role
As a Customer Field Technician, you will work on a variety of Customer Service field tasks across all nbn technologies. This autonomous role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining nbn products and services, primarily inside customers' premises.
* Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
* Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
Work hours run from 7am to 7pm, with a flexible schedule based on business needs.
About You
We seek both experienced candidates and those with transferable skills from communication cabling or electrical backgrounds who are keen to pursue a career in the telco sector. Strong customer service skills, honesty, integrity, self‐management and motivation are essential.
You must hold a current and clean Driver's License and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
Full working rights in Australia.
