We're looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Geelong team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of major structural steel projects.
About the Role
As Contract Administrator, you'll help manage the commercial and contractual aspects of our projects—from subcontract management and forecasting to stakeholder coordination and financial reporting.
You'll be part of a collaborative project team environment where attention to detail, commercial awareness, and proactive communication are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage subcontract agreements and contract documentation
* Track project costs, variations, and progress claims
* Assist with monthly project forecasts and reporting
* Provide contract and coordination support to our international partners in Vietnam
* Support Project Managers with budget tracking and cost control
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
* Ensure project documentation and compliance requirements are maintained
About You
* Experience in contract administration within construction or structural steel
* Understanding of construction contracts and project costing
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communicator who can work with project teams and suppliers
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
