We are seeking a Road & Footpath Sweeper Operator for immediate start, paid at award rates.
The role involves road and footpath sweeping for local councils, NT Government, and private sector clients. You will operate Macdonald Johnston, Schwartz Road sweepers, and Tennant Footpath sweepers.
Requirements: Minimum MR NT Licence and be a NT resident. Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience. Road & footpath sweeping experience preferred but not essential; on‑job training will be provided. Good knowledge of Darwin and Palmerston area. Must be able to read road maps, liaise with customers and the public responsibly, carry out regular inspections, cleaning & minor servicing of sweepers. Good oral & written communication, self‑motivated, reliable, flexible working hours (day shift with some weekend, on‑call and night shifts).
