About the Role
We're seeking a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team in Dubbo.
You'll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites.
If you bring the right attitude, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Position Details
* Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent (38 hours per week)
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* Travel Requirements: Yes - travel is required as part of the role, but you will not be expected to use your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
* Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture.
* Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
* Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
Requirements
* Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
* Familiarity with operating relevant equipment.
* Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
