Job Summary:
As a Branch Manager, you will lead and manage the Queensland branch, overseeing sales, service, spare parts, and administration teams. You will be responsible for owning branch performance, driving revenue growth, margin control and EBIT outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Queensland branch.
* Oversight of sales, service, spare parts and administration teams (8-10 direct reports).
* Ownership of branch performance metrics including revenue growth.

To succeed in this role you should possess exceptional leadership skills as well as strong business acumen. You must have experience managing cross-functional teams with a proven track record of delivering results driven by customer satisfaction
