About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Designer to lead complex initiatives across features and products.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead design for our Customer Loyalty Platform, embedded in the Loyalty squad while also connecting across Payments and Consent to shape a unified experience for our customers.
* Create interactions that feel seamless, consistent, and rewarding at every touchpoint.
This is a 24-month Max Term opportunity with flexibility to be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. About you:
You will have proven experience designing for loyalty programmes that are intuitive, accessible, and consistent across platforms. You will have deep experience designing across the full product lifecycle using industry-standard tools.
