About the Job:

* Deliver and support a diverse range of learning, onboarding, compliance, and workforce development initiatives.
* Administer all Learning Management System (LMS) requirements, including providing training and support to staff, managing onboarding, induction, and orientation processes, and overseeing offboarding to ensure seamless transitions.
* Collaborate closely with operational, clinical, and non-clinical teams to identify emerging training needs and adapt learning resources accordingly.

* Undergraduate qualification in Journalism, Media, Public Relations, Business or related discipline.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver effective internal communications to inform and engage the workforce and support organisational change.
* Ability to communicate on a range of topics to a range of audiences via a range of communications methods.
