The Opportunity
A major $300m+ luxury twin-tower project on the northern Gold Coast is kicking off with a builder / developer, and they need a highly capable Senior Project Engineer.
You'll support the PM and SM across planning, coordination, procurement, design, quality, and delivery.
With no Site Engineer on board yet, this role offers real scope, autonomy, and the chance to help shape the engineering function as the project progresses.

What You'll Be Doing Coordinate site, consultants, contractors, and manage procurement, planning, scheduling, and reporting
Ensuring delivery aligns with drawings, plans, quality, and environmental standards while resolving design / engineering issues early
Supporting the PM / SM to keep program,, and safety on track
Helping build and develop the engineering team over the project lifecycle What You Bring
Project Engineer on multi-residential projects valued $100m+
Strong understanding of high-rise structure, sequencing, and services
