Growing sales through customer engagement and business development You will identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects, particularly in the gas and welding equipment business whilst working with local and trade allies within the local community and industry Management of the local distribution model and retail store – including inventory, cost control and leading the local team is part of this role You will be supporting, implementing, and driving group strategy, policies, and procedures In addition, you have solid understanding, monitoring, and reporting of competitor activity and market trends. You lead and promote customer-centric focus, innovation in products & service Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team. Overseeing branch operations, inventory, and service standards Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
