About the Role
We are seeking a high‐performing Manager, Digital Marketing to lead the execution, optimisation and performance of our national digital marketing channels in a 12‐month maximum term contract.
This is a hands‐on, player–coach role responsible for driving engagement, lead generation and campaign conversion outcomes across social, website, paid and email channels.
You will own paid digital strategy and investment decisions, oversee a small team of specialists, and embed a more data‐driven, performance‐led approach to digital marketing across the firm.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or professional services
* Strong hands‐on capability across social, website, email and paid digital
* Demonstrated ownership of paid media strategy, budget and performance outcomes
* Experience delivering lead generation and conversion‐focused campaigns
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Act‐On, HubSpot, Marketo)
* Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into action
* Experience leading or mentoring team members
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
