About the Role
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-focused, commercially minded Depot Manager to take charge of our Bathurst depot operations with a strong emphasis on account management, customer relationships, and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in our depot day to day opertions — leading delivery drivers' team, supporting our customer portfolio and driving sales in our existing customer base and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You don't need to be an expert on operations. Reporting to the Service Manager based in Campbelltown branch, you will be supported by our operations team on operations and transportation. Key Responsibilities
* Own and actively manage a portfolio of customers, building strong, trusted relationships and delivering a high level of service
* Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts through proactive engagement and solution-based selling
* Lead, coach, and inspire onsite delivery driver team to deliver great service that leads growth
* Oversee daily depot operations — logistics, stocktake, and safety compliance
* Partner with the Service Manager and Transport Manager to ensure efficient and seamless delivery performance
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, previous depot management experience will be advantageous
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
* Passionate about customer service and operational excellence
