Job Title: Casual Console Operator
Shift Times: 12pm–6pm, 2pm–11pm
Shifts Per Week: 2–3 shifts per week (may include weekends)
Pay Rates:
* Weekdays: $35.18/hour (Ages 20+) — junior rates apply under 20
* Weekends: $45.89/hour (Ages 20+) — junior rates apply under 20
About the Role
As a Console Operator at The Station Grocer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every visit is a positive one. You’ll be responsible for console operations, assisting customers with fuel purchases, processing transactions, and keeping the site running smoothly.
We trade 365 days a year, so this role requires availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate the console system to process fuel transactions accurately.
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
* Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with accuracy.
* Monitor pumps, uphold safety standards, and maintain site cleanliness.
