**About The Centre**
Thrive North Gosford (Koolyangarra) is a purpose built centre that was established in 1991 and holds an extremely strong reputation in the local community, providing quality care and education.

The entire has a wonderfully large and well-shaded outdoor yard perfect for setting up engaging experiences and provocations.

**About The Role**
We are currently looking for a reliable educator with a completed Certificate III qualification who is dedicated to completing a Diploma qualification in early childhood education via a traineeship.

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Provide assistance to other educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program through observations and documentation using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities
- A recognised Certificate III qualification
- A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
