Administrative Support Role
The role of the Junior Medical Officer Administration Officer is a dynamic position that requires strong administrative skills, customer service focus and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the JMO Medical Workforce Unit, including recruitment, onboarding and rostering functions.
* The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a proactive and responsive approach to enquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
* A proven track record of working collaboratively within a team environment, making a positive contribution and being able to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
In this role you will be required to deliver customer support services to junior medical officers, managers and other key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for delivering various employment lifecycle activities such as recruitment on-boarding rostering.
