We’re looking for a motivated Delivery Management / Controls Specialist to support our delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are executed with precision, maintaining quality, financial oversight, and effective scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Methodology

Guide delivery teams on methodology, tools, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Maintain comprehensive deliverables matrices and coordinate quality assurance reviews as needed.

Project Financials

Support financial processes from proposal through project completion.

Maintain and update financial models including forecasts, actuals, and accruals.

Oversee time and resource management processes, tracking allocation and ensuring accurate reporting.

Assist in preparing delivery reports at both project and portfolio levels.

Project Scheduling

Develop detailed project schedules with full dependency mapping, critical path analysis, and resource balancing.

Establish baselines and track schedule deviations through approved change control procedures.

Provide clear timelines and work plans to Program and Project Managers for effective day-to-day management and stakeholder communication.

Customer and Team Collaboration

Support project lifecycles by liaising with customer-led teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.

Job Qualifications

Extensive experience in Project Controller / Project Coordinator roles with strong project scheduling expertise.

Proven track record operating in advisory or consulting capacities throughout project lifecycles.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively across competing demands.

Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with an engaging, authentic working style.

Proficient in office software tools such as MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Highly skilled in MS Project, including managing dependencies and successors.

Experience with mainstream project management tools such as SharePoint, MS Project, Confluence, Jira.

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology is advantageous.
