About the opportunity
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily workshop operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and high-quality standards are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinate daily workshop operations to drive productivity, efficiency, and quality
* Manage and prioritise repair orders to ensure on-time completion
* Support technicians with technical problem-solving and workflow guidance
* Identify and communicate additional repair work to Service Advisors
* Ensure all work meets warranty, compliance, and quality standards
* Maintain tools, equipment, and parts flow while adhering to WHS procedures
About you
* Relevant automotive trade qualification with workshop experience (Controller experience desirable)
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
* Ability to lead, prioritise, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance
* Team player who can work collaboratively and follow established processes
* Current driver's licence (additional licences advantageous but not essential)
