Professional Development: Access training and development resources to build your clinical skills and support your progression as a hospital pharmacist. The department runs a successful AdPha Accredited Residency Training Program, an excellent intern training program and is accredited for several Registrar Training Residency Programs, including Critical Care. Innovative Practice: Be part of a department that leads the way in enhancing scope of practice and different ways of working, such as credentialed accuracy checking technicians, Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting and remote clinical pharmacy services implemented to enhance our onsite services. A strong, team-first environment where pharmacists at all levels are welcomed, supported, and given meaningful responsibility. You will join regular multidisciplinary ward rounds where pharmacists' clinical observations and recommendations are actively sought and discussed alongside intensivists, nurses, and allied health.
