The Role
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Process guest check-ins and outs using our booking system
* Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely readiness of accommodation
* Provide guests with information on property and local attractions
* Maintain day-to-day office administration tasks
* Nurture strong relationships with park teams, residents and guests
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional service.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and evenings as needed
* A current driver's license is essential
