Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of five Task Allocation: Use the CRM system to assign jobs to team members, ensuring the work flow is managed efficiently.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the team handles customer inquiries professionally, following up on invoicing and job details, and ensuring accuracy in all communications.
Inbox Management: Oversee the team's inbox, ensuring timely responses and task completion.
Invoicing: Help with the verification and follow-up of invoicing details, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
