Job Description
* Manage leasing arrangements, including negotiations and renewals with tenants.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring compliance and upkeep.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
* Prepare and review leasing documents and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
* Monitor and report on property performance, including financial tracking and budgeting.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless property operations.
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with third-party contractors as required.
* Stay updated on industry trends and changes in property regulations that may impact operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property & Leasing Manager should have:
* Proven experience in property and leasing management within the property industry with a preference towards commercial sites.
* Strong knowledge of leasing contracts and property compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle tenant relationships effectively.
* Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools.
* A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A relevant qualification in property management, real estate, or a related field.
* Must be an Australian citizen.
