Job Description The Oracle Technology Enterprise Architect is a hands-on architect responsible for researching, analyzing, architecting, evaluating, supporting sales, and delivering technology solutions for complex customer requirements. The role encompasses Oracle Software (Cloud & On-premises) with a focus on: Infrastructure: public, private & hybrid cloud deployments; experience moving on-premises workloads to Cloud; deep understanding of networking, storage, compute, OKE, OVM Platform: Database, Integration, Process, API/Functions/Events, cloud native services, IDAM, Governance, Analytics, Custom Apps (VBCS, APEX, JET, Forms) Applications: Exposure to Oracle Cloud and On-Premises applications e.g., Heritage Apps (eBS, JDE, PeopleSoft) or SaaS including ERPM, SCM, HCM, CX This senior-level consulting professional is recognized as an authority within Oracle Consulting, with a strong understanding of Oracle software & solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes across various technology families. The role is customer-facing and requires strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders up to c-Level. Key responsibilities include: Designing and building complex business solutions using Oracle Software to meet customer needs. Leading consulting engagements, evaluating existing systems, and providing recommendations. Advising customers on suitable products and future IT roadmaps. Developing proposals, strategies, and financial evaluations for software design, implementation, and upgrades. Driving opportunity development and crafting solutions for new and existing prospects. Establishing coding standards and best practices. Designing and building high-quality custom software leveraging Oracle Cloud Technologies. Reviewing testing results to ensure requirements are met. Managing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Skills and Qualifications: 10-12 years of relevant technical experience, including 5 years of consulting experience. Qualifications such as Computer Applications Engineer, Database Designer, Systems Architect, Integration Architect. Bachelor's degree or higher. Expertise in Oracle Software, including OCI IaaS, Platform services, and Applications. Knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks. Experience with Oracle implementation methodologies and solution design. Strong communication skills to discuss evolving technologies with customers. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities: Researching, analyzing, and designing Oracle solutions for complex requirements. Leading engagements, evaluating systems, and recommending improvements. Advising on product fit and future roadmaps. Developing proposals, estimates, and strategies. Driving opportunity development and crafting solutions. Standardizing coding and documentation practices.
