Job Description AECOM’s Water Infrastructure group is seeking a proactive and collaborative Regional Water Infrastructure Lead, VIC, based in our state‑of‑the‑art Melbourne office. In this key leadership role, you’ll drive delivery excellence, strengthen client relationships and market growth, and support the continued growth and development of our talented team.
This role is a platform to build networks across AECOM in Australia, New Zealand and globally, partnering closely with delivery teams, local and global specialist practitioners, business operations and leadership. How you’ll make a difference
Lead the execution of the Water Infrastructure strategy in Victoria, driving client engagement, market growth and successful project delivery across the region.
Ensure technical and delivery excellence, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, governance and client satisfaction.
Cultivate a collaborative, high‑performing team culture by mentoring staff, providing technical direction and nurturing growth.
Leverage regional and global expertise to drive innovation, implement best practices and enhance delivery outcomes.

A relevant tertiary degree & CPEng.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the Australian Water Infrastructure market and familiarity with local government frameworks.
Proven experience and a passion for mentoring, leadership & collaboration.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at varying levels.
Commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions that balance profitability, efficiency and market insight.
