As a Care Worker Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to clients in their homes.
You will assist with personal care, meals, medication, and daily routines, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in everything you do.
This role requires a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or similar qualification, as well as experience in aged care or community support. A current Police Check is also required, although the employer will reimburse the cost if necessary.
You must be willing to complete First Aid/CPR training.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
