About the role
As part of the management team you will have a well-rounded knowledge of civil construction preferably with an exposure to pavement practice as well as being a clear communicator to all levels of staff. Qualifications in support of your management, project management and civil construction skills will be viewed favourably.
Duties
Preparation of quotes and tenders for stabilisation and related works
Full P&L responsibility
Contract Management
Liaising with Operations Supervisors in regards to the scheduling of upcoming projects
Manage invoicing, reporting, budgeting and revising monthly job costs
Full Project Management of projects
Business Development for the Pavement Recycling business unit
People Management
Skills & experience
5 years experience in a similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction preferably with an exposure to stabilisation rehabilitation practice
Exceptional track record of management and leadership expertise
Demonstrated Project Management expertise
Preferably Diploma in Project Management or Civil Construction or other qualifications in support of the above criteria
Some overnight travel will be required at times in the performance of position duties.
