You must have a passion for providing exceptional support for the people you work with.Extensive training and support will be provided within a fast paced and continually evolving team environment.Job tasks and responsibilitiesYour key role will consist of the following day to day activities and responsibilitiesMeet and greet clients to our officeOffice coordination and managementProviding customer service and general support to agents, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely mannerChampion of systems and platforms, maintaining details records and databases to track key agent information and activitiesAssisting Agents with tasks in the listing to exchange process through to settlementSkills and experienceYou will possess;Proven experience in a similar agent services or real estate administration roleExcellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with agentsProficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) toolsCollaborative team player who is eager to contribute to the success of our agents
