At Phillip Riley our team is looking for an ICT Account Manager to join our SA team.
As our ICT Account Manager you will be required to manage sales of computer hardware, software and services to existing account clients and identify further sales opportunities within these accounts, build new account clients, manage customer satisfaction and retention, and coordinate the preparation and presentation of ICT sales proposals and tenders.
- Compiles lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources
- Acquires and updates knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
- Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranges modifications and resolves any problems that arise
- Develops and maintains key accounts and portfolio plans
- Acquires and updates knowledge of ICT goods, services and market conditions to differentiate from competition and maximise business opportunities
- Engages with clients to understand their requirements and explain the ICT goods and services that meet their needs
- Engages with existing and prospective clients to promote relevant ICT goods and services
- Follows up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with provided ICT goods and services, and resolves problems that arise
- Coordinates the preparation and presentation of ICT sales reports, proposals and tenders
You will be required to have 2 + years' experience in a similar role
Salary $87,500.00 - $107,500.00 + Superannuation
Pay: $87,500.00 - $107,500.00 per year
