We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our hospital administration team, working across a variety of areas including Emergency Department, ward clerk, front office, and radiology reception.
Everything You Need to Know
In this role, you'll be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
Managing reception duties – greeting patients, answering calls, and responding to enquiries
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
Processing admissions, discharges, and transfers
Supporting clinical and management teams with data entry, correspondence, and reports
You will work a variety of shifts to gain exposure to different hospital areas:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Emergency Department after hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00am – 6:30pm
About You
We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic, organised, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You'll need to communicate clearly with patients and team members, stay on top of tasks in a busy environment, and pay close attention to detail.
