Job Description:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing store team to achieve sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence. * Main Responsibilities:
* Create a customer-centric culture within the store by ensuring excellent customer service and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty.
* Lead and manage a diverse team of retail professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet their performance targets.
* Develop and implement effective visual merchandising plans to maximize store appearance and drive sales.
* Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and optimize stockroom operations to minimize waste and excess stock.

* Build strong relationships with district managers, vendors, and support functions to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Educational Background:
* A graduate degree from a recognized university or equivalent experience in retail management.
* Work Experience:
* A minimum of 18 months' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a sports/fashion customer-focused environment.
* Skill Set:
* Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.
* Advanced verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
