Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a clean portfolio of approx. 120 residential properties
* Handle all end-to-end property management tasks
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trades and landlords
* Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports, and lease renewals
* Handle arrears management and tenancy disputes when required
* Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
* Prepare documentation using PropertyMe and relevant platforms
* Work closely with the leasing and admin support team

You'll Bring:
* 2+ years' experience in Property Management
* QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
* Experience with PropertyMe (preferred) or similar systems
