Our client, a leading ASX listed organisation, is embarking on an exciting digital transformation, transitioning from SAP ECC6 to S/4 HANA across multiple business streams. They are seeking skilled Change Managers to join this early-stage, enterprise-wide initiative and drive impactful change across key areas. One of the Change Managers will be responsible for the HR WorkStream and will need strong SAP SuccessFactors Change Management experience. There will be a number of pieces of work being done in the HR space (see below), some in parallel and some consecutively. The Change Manager will manage across these pieces (with additional change support where needed). HR Workstream: Upgrade of SF Onboarding to 2.0 Deployment of a new recruitment tool (Phenom) They are also working through an options analysis on whether to keep payroll in Success Factors or move it to S4. They know that Employee Central light will need to move modules (position management, manager self-service) from ECC6 to Success Factors (before S4 goes live.) As the HR Workstream Change Manager, you will work closely with Senior HR Stakeholders/Leaders, business SMEs, and technical teams to deliver detailed Change Impact Assessments and Change Plans. What You’ll Do: Partner with business SMEs to assess and manage change impacts across your assigned stream Develop comprehensive Change Plans to support a smooth S/4 HANA transition Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to ensure project success What You’ll Bring: Proven experience delivering change management for S/4 HANA transformations or implementations, with specific experience managing change for the HR function as part of the transformation. Experience with HR / Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory. Strong skills in producing detailed Change Impact Assessments and Change Plans A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills The Details: Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH for flexibility Contract: 12 months with potential for extension Rate: $850-1,200 per day (including super), depending on experience This is a dynamic, high-energy environment where you’ll be challenged and rewarded.
