We’re hiring: Executive Assistant to the CEO - Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre
Are you an experienced EA who thrives in a dynamic environment, builds strong relationships, and holds exceptional organisational skills?
The Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre is looking for a skilled and culturally aware Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Board.
In this permanent role (FT or PT), you will manage high‑level executive operations including:
* CEO diary and inbox coordination
* Preparing briefs, agendas, reports, and presentations
* Board and committee meeting support
* Travel coordination
* Executive document and workflow management
* Coordinating CEO events and engagements
* Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO’s office
We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven EA or senior administrative experience
* Strong communication and minute-taking skills
* Advanced Microsoft 365 capability
* A commitment to cultural safety and Aboriginal self‑determination
* Excellent judgement, confidentiality, and relationship management
Experience working with Aboriginal organisations or within community/health sectors is an advantage.

Remuneration and Benefits
* Salary Range $79,000 - $107,000 per annum + Salary Packaging
* 16% superannuation
