Service Coordinator Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the team of Service Engineers for routine maintenance, commissioning, technical support, and breakdown callouts.
* Plan and schedule service jobs with customers and Service Engineers.
* Manage the coordination of field service and workshop activities.
* Order products from product centres or third parties as required.
* Ensure all paperwork for executed service work is collected and processed correctly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a Service or Sales department.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP, Salesforce, and other business-related software.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
