Responsibilities
* Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
* Be the Go-To Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
Benefits and Remuneration
* Annual Fixed Remuneration: $64,915.20 per year (Junior Rates apply for those under 20 years of age)
* Penalty rates: Additional 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for hours on Saturday, 100% for hours on Sunday, and 150% for hours on public holidays. 12% superannuation included
* Variable Remuneration: Eligibility, calculation and payment determined by the Variable Remuneration plan's rules (which may change from time to time). The first 2 months guaranteed while you learn on board.
