Are you a natural leader with a passion for veterinary care and team development?
We're looking for a dedicated Practice Manager to join our well-established and highly regarded team in Tamworth!
You will be initially sharing the role with an experienced manager to help you navigate the ropes of leading supporting a large team the services both small animal general practice and referral case loads
As a vital member of our leadership team, you'll take on a varied and rewarding role that includes:
* Overseeing clinic workflow and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a large, diverse team of veterinary professionals
* Coordinating rosters and processing payroll
* Managing recruitment, onboarding, and providing ongoing staff support
* Handling reception and administration responsibilities
* Supporting our after‑hours and on‑call service coordination
We're seeking someone with:
* Proven leadership experience and a passion for team development
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confidence in leading within a high‑paced, multifaceted environment
* A collaborative and proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
* Tech‑savviness (RxWorks experience a bonus!)
* A solid understanding of clinic operations and business management
* Industry knowledge would be an advantage
