About the Role
Auditors play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information. In this position, you will lead and deliver external audits across diverse industries, from small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large private and not-for-profit organizations.
As an experienced Auditor, you will plan and manage audit engagements end-to-end, reporting directly to senior Partners. Your strong technical skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients will make you a valuable asset to our team.
You will also have the opportunity to coach and guide junior auditors, sharing your expertise and experience to help them develop their skills. Additionally, you will identify areas for process improvement and provide real value beyond compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion).
* 2-5 years' Australian external audit experience in a professional services firm (ideally mid-tier or Big 4).
* Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and Auditing Standards (ASA).
* Genuine team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
