About The Role Conduct independent internal reviews of claims decisions in accordance with internal policy with reasoning to support your findings Potential communication with the customer and interaction with relevant representatives during the internal review process Respond to and prepare internal review submissions in line with relevant internal policy Ensure adherence to internal and legislative requirements and timeframes Assist with guiding policy and procedure based on learnings from internal reviews, consistent with MAC values of continuous improvement About You Ability to interpret and apply legislation Strong legal and technical skills within personal injury insurance schemes.
