Visual Design Specialist
We're seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team and drive visual excellence across retail, visual merchandising, and digital channels. This is a fast-paced role that requires creating high-impact designs that bring campaigns to life through windows, POS, seasonal imagery, digital assets, planograms, and more.
Responsibilities include producing high-quality artwork, developing creative concepts, creating accurate print-ready artwork, collaborating with stakeholders, managing workflow and deadlines, and contributing creatively with fresh ideas and problem-solving.
A successful Visual Design Specialist will have a solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. They will be able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Requires 3+ years' experience in a related design field
* Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Figma experience a plus)
* Ability to work collaboratively and provide input on design decisions
* Knowledge of design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
