You'll assist with a variety of administrative tasks to help keep our busy office running smoothly.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
A confident and professional phone manner
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email in a workplace within the last 2 years
Intermediate proficiency in both Word and Excel (you may be asked to demonstrate these skills during the interview process)
Overseas travel experience within the past 3 years
A reliable car, as travel may be required
