Our Expertise
We have a diverse team of 715 staff, including 500 lawyers, working in more than 40 different areas of law related to government. Our commercial lawyers provide specialist commercial legal advice to agencies across the Commonwealth.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as lead legal adviser for our clients on many of the Australian Government's largest projects and transactions.
* Advising on policies and programs of national importance, such as infrastructure projects, cutting-edge technology, ICT, and IP projects, complex contracting arrangements, and integrity, legal process, and probity advice at the highest levels of government.

Requirements
We are particularly interested in candidates with 3+ years' experience in ICT/IP law, government contracting, or probity and integrity advice. Candidates with general commercial or corporate advisory experience are encouraged to apply.
Essential Qualifications
* At least 3 years' PQE for APS Level 6 roles, or 5 years' PQE for Executive Level 1.
* Strong legal skills and academic results.
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, and persuasive communication.
