We're currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Head / Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and continue delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Position: Executive Chef
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire kitchen operation, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Develop and update menus that highlight seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Lead and inspire a dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
Manage inventory and stock control, ensuring efficient cost and waste management in line with budgetary targets.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and OH&S regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu planning.
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
