**The Role**
We are looking for experienced Cleaners in the Ballarat area that are highly motivated, passionate and results driven for medium to large retail shopping centres. The purpose of the role is to deliver a high standard of cleaning, hygiene, and presentation with excellent customer service & standards.
**The Person**
- Pleasant & welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner.
- Proven history of excelling within a dynamic team environment and the ability to work autonomously.
- A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
- Strong time management skills.
- Delivery of five-star customer service and standards.
- Outcome focused and standards driven.
- A great ability to work and be part of the team.
- Experience in cleaning is highly desirable.
**Skills and Experience**
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Work in a fast pace and busy shopping centre
- Good understanding of Environmental Health & safety management also a commitment to safe working practices.
- Machinery experience preferred but not essential (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper)
- Ability to work flexible schedule and public holidays.
This position will be based on award wages and applicants should be available for an immediate start. You may be required to work flexible hours at times, including weekends in accordance with business and client requirements.
- Must have valid work rights to work in Australia.
- Must fulfill government COVID19 Vaccination requirements
- We are looking for staff in Geelong for day-time cleaning,
