This role plays a key part in strengthening Council’s governance and performance by driving high‑-quality reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. It's a great opportunity to collaborate widely, influence decision‑making, and help shape how Council delivers for the community.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑-driven team player who brings strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the confidence to work collaboratively across all levels of Council. The ideal candidate is organised, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement, with a natural ability to build relationships and turn complex information into clear, high‑quality outcomes.
