Service Delivery Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide administrative support across the organisation. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth processing of service jobs and quotations.
The role involves working closely with customers, technicians, and sales teams to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
* Booking freight/logistics coordination using various platforms
* Shipping and receiving customer tools for service centers
* Assistance with hire fleet orders from clients/sales agents
* Loading/unloading delivery trucks using a forklift
* Counter sales, generating service quotes
* Collecting payments from customers
* Customer service support, liaising with clients
* Providing administrative support to regional locations
* Administration tasks, service billing, and data entry
* Maintaining database of customer tools and next service/calibration date
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Experience in a service or maintenance administration environment
* Solid understanding of quoting, invoicing, and basic business practices
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
* Computer literacy, including use of word, excel, outlook, Dropbox, and cloud-based systems
* Ability to prioritise jobs and multitask
* Exposure to a mechanical workshop environment is advantageous
