About the Role

Outside sales of Domain/CoStar Group Property Data Solutions to the Financial Services Industry, focusing on growth through new and existing business sales within the Bank, Mortgage Broker & Valuer market segments. Working within a high‐performing team supported by pre‐ and post‐sales specialists. Attractive OTE, technical skill development and career pathways into Sales Leadership.

As part of our Sydney‐based team of passionate property data salespeople, you will drive the opportunity to grow our market share in the Banking, Mortgage Broker & Valuation segment by introducing new and developing existing commercial relationships.

Leveraging our strong position, direct manager support and your domain knowledge, you will deliver value through our unique property data solutions including data feeds, the PriceFinder platform and Automated Valuation Models.

Responsibilities

* Grow and develop the sales pipeline to achieve individual sales targets through new business activity within your territory.
* Maintain best‐practice pipeline management, log all prospect and client activity, qualify leads within 48 hours and ensure accurate reporting at team meetings.
* Support go‐to‐market strategies for new products or enhancements in your sales territory.
* Capture and deliver timely feedback on products arising from client and market engagement, and support objection handling. Feedback channels include CRM logs and product roadmap meetings.
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders – Product, Pre/Post Sales Specialists, Operations/Pricing, Legal – to maintain opportunity momentum and achieve quarterly goals.
* Expand your knowledge to become the domain expert for property data solutions in your markets.
* Travel interstate to engage with your sales territory.

Typical Day

* Grow and develop the sales pipeline through prospecting, lead development and engagement with clients to renew and upsell data product subscriptions.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of B2B consultative or diagnostic sales & account management experience in data/SaaS, preferably within Financial Services.
* Clear understanding of target/client requirements and the ability to propose relevant solutions in concise communication.
* Strong verbal communication and rapid rapport building with executive to technical stakeholders.
* Experience handling contract negotiations for new business and subscription renewals, establishing win‐win outcomes.
* Ability to communicate opportunity/client use cases to meet governance requirements and establish pricing.
* Enthusiasm for building lasting business relationships and growing market share.
* Proficient CRM usage for pipeline development and performance reporting.

Desirable

* Property Data Solution sales experience into the Australian Financial Services market.
* Direct Australian Property Market experience at a lending, valuation or mortgage‐broking company.
