Industrial Sales Representative
About Equipment Placement and the Role
We are a well-established supplier of solutions for hydrocarbon management, service trucks, mining, and civil mobility. Our product range includes oil nozzles, hose reels, pumps, meters, couplings, full oil sampling, fuel management systems, hydrocarbon filtration systems, water carts, and service trucks.
The Opportunity
* Promote sales to potential and existing clients
* Provide quotes and over-the-counter sales support
* Assist with warranty claims, fault finding, and problem solving
* Offer exceptional after-sales service and support
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
You will report to our Sales Manager:
* Sales of EPSS products in the Mining and industrial sector
* Prepare and provide quotations and solutions tailored to specific needs
* Take ownership from concept to completion
* Learn and become proficient with products and services
Skills and Experience
You will require:
* Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
* Fitter and Machinist Trade Certificate or equivalent trade background (e.g., Plant Mechanic)
* Excellent selling and sales skills
* Experience in Hydraulic Service
* Customer-focused
* Ability to grow sales and maintain client relationships
* Can-Do attitude, energetic, action-oriented
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Hands-on approach
* Knowledge of various pump styles, reels, valves, hydraulics, filters
* Proficient PC skills
* Previous experience or knowledge with ERP and CRM systems
