**SUMMARY**

The Product & Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of product and customer marketing, including product positioning, retention strategies and tactics, sales enablement and customer engagement. This role is the glue that binds our Product, Sales, Customer and Marketing departments and bridges the gap between the problems our customers face and the solutions Avetta offers. You will be the product evangelist and play an integral role in organising product launches and feature releases. The Product & Customer Marketing Manager will develop, activate and optimise programs to empower our Sales and Customer teams to be successful. Attention to detail, and an eye for quality will be critical to your success.

**This role requires residing within commutable distance to our Sydney or Newcastle office and would offer a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).**

**Please note: This role requires full working rights in Australia, without current or future sponsorship. Proof of this is required to be produced during the final stages of the selection process.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering and Customer teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas and customers.
- Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan for product adoption.
- Act as the primary thought leader for Avetta's solutions, including speaking engagements and written works.
- Develop messaging, high-quality content, marketing campaigns and monthly newsletter communications to support product adoption, customer retention and sales efforts.
- Market & competitive intelligence—be the expert on our buyers and competitors, develop SWOT analysis, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement tools.
- Support customer visits, industry and proprietary events, PR, digital and social media marketing.

**IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing in a product or customer facing role
- Skilled at writing complex, technical sales enablement material and marketing content.
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Teams and Salesforce.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, customers and third parties.
- Energy, drive, an appetite to learn, and willingness to work hard

**IDEAL EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Must have previous, proven success with B2B product and customer marketing.
- Strategic experience with Go-To-Market planning.
- Experience marketing service-oriented technology solutions, not just products
